Armaghan’s passion for real estate started at a young age. As a kid, she would follow her dad around small renovation projects. As a young adult, she enjoyed touring around new construction developments and investment properties. To her, the possibility of one day being in a position to be able to help people and her community find their dream home or the right investment property always put a smile on her face. She later graduated from university with a Bachelor of civil engineering while her passion for real estate and customer service never faded and that is how she decided to peruse her career in real estate. I am a dedicated realtor with three years of experience in the Toronto luxury real estate market. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University. Throughout my years of experience, I have earned the 100% club and executive club award. Nima graduated from McMaster University in the Civil engineering field where he has spent so many years being part of building the future of the GTA. He has had the privilege to manage major transit infrastructure projects in order to connect different communities and neighbourhoods. The gratification that has come from helping communities by building a better GTA made him realize that it is in his DNA to help others, whether its communities, families or individuals. This is how he decided to also pursue his real estate career to have the ability to help individuals and families by shaping their future whether that’s finding their dream home or the right investment property.  His passion to help others, the strong sense of responsibility and commitment to his clients, the intuition and the ability to observe what the client’s needs are and listening to their wants, his eagerness to continue his education with exclusive programs and training opportunities has made him an instant success.
